A multinational financial services technology provider is looking for a Sales Director (Core Banking). You will support the sales team by providing expert knowledge of products and processes in Core Banking. Passionate and motivated, you will be part of an entrepreneurial and collaborative team who will work together to develop new account relationships and surpass sales targets.
- Take initiative to identify key accounts and prospective customers and sell targeted products and services
- Sell products and services to new and existing accounts and maintain strong account relationships
- Develop sales plans and strategies
- Prepare proposals and pitch solutions to clients and business leaders
- Negotiate and close deals in a way that is in line with the company's growth direction and maximise customer satisfaction
- Be an expert in the products and services and provide marketing support when needed
- Has at least 8 years of experience in both Pre-sales and sales in Core Banking solutions
- Independent and goal-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
