B2B Marketing Manager
A leading consumer goods organisation based in Berkshire/London are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join their ambitious organisation as they launch their already well known products into a new market. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exciting FMCG B2B start up right from the beginning and shape the organisations marketing strategy whilst being back by a hugely successful organisation with products and brands that are respected and trusted.
You will be responsible for the UKs marketing strategy, working closely with the Global Marketing Director to launch the brand into a new B2B business area. This role will require brand innovation, creative marketing campaign development and execution, developing brand toolkits. You will support the sales function with brand ideas and ensure the marketing strategies are measurable, focused on ROI and support the growth and awareness of the product as you launch it into a B2B market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B / FMCG background, including deploying an existing B2C product into a B2B market. You will have a strong marketing leadership background and be entrepreneurial in your approach. You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at managing internal stakeholders and growing external partnerships. This is a new business venture within an already established organisation, so you will be skilled in using the full marketing mix to drive revenue by selling to a brand new set of customers, winning business from competitors and supporting the sales team and other areas of the business to do so. You will be results driven and able to demonstrate quick decision making leading to success in a similar environment.
