Senior Business Development Manager - US Law Firm

  • Working directly with Stakeholders, you will be in charge of the assigned practices and teams, you will ensure the quality of the work such as high-quality pitches and proposals for practice groups
  • You are expected to lead discussions between Heads/ Partners to cultivate the best BD/ Marketing Strategies
  • In collaboration with the Communication team, you will identify public and media relation opportunities to expand the Firm's reputation
  • Working with practice groups leaders to cultivate business planning and projections with budget proposals and campaigning plans
  • Support the Global Client Programme team as well as developing this locally
  • Develop and define clear positioning and messaging for the group . Set key goals and targets and enhance the rankings of each Practice
  • Monitor and spot potential trends, turning these ideas into classifiable projects
  • Establish strong working relationships across groups, teams and offices to ensure the above duties is carried in the most effective way

Successful Applicants:

  • Outstanding writing, presentation and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Previous Asia Business Development in a Professional Services setting is a MUST
  • Previous client-facing/ stakeholder management will be essential
