Senior Business Development Executive (DACH Region)
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced client development professional who is responsible for deepening and solidifying relationships with their current client base as well as creating new connections with prospective investors.
The Senior BD Executive will work on the audience development strategy for each event hosted within their region, recruiting delegates and speakers, and compiling Advisory boards of investors achieved through regular communication with investors and personal research utilizing different platforms and databases.
- Draft and collect feedback (well-written notes) from investor calls and meetings to help Program Directors prepare Agendas
- Working with the marketing team to advise on lead generation projects and explain their needs and audience targets to marketing.
- Work with Program Directors, Client Coordinators and Logistics Managers leading up to an event; communicate effectively with all staff involved in the project management
- Running events in line with the project timeline making sure you are on schedule and liaising with the wider IR team to keep tasks on track.
The ideal candidate will need good knowledge and understanding of the investment management industry and an understanding of audience development planning and understanding. This role will also require the candidate to have great communication skills both written and oral, this role will require the IR manager to have great phone skills and have regular communication lines with investors therefore proficiency in German will be essential.
