A fast-growing technology business in the F&B online to offline space is looking for a founding member of the leadership team to oversee and manage operations.
As the Operations Lead, the role will lead and manage a team to ensure the highest quality of services is provided to their customers and restaurant partners. Leading by example the role will coach and guide the team on best practice in handling incoming requests and customer issues. As a key leader in the business, the role will be expected to identify business growth and commercial opportunities and will need to have a very hands-on approach with restaurant partners.
To be successful in this role you must be a client first person, who is experienced in dealing with client and customer issues and requests. Experience gained in a start-up is ideal as well as experience in the technology or F&B industry. You must be a leader with a track record of managing and nurturing a client-facing team. The business is looking for someone who is analytically minded who can approach and solve problems in a structured and data-driven way.
