This Internal Communications Manager role sits within a leading global law firm, located in over 40 countries with a diverse array of international clients. The firm provides the full range of legal services and are well known for the quality and innovation of its client service. This Internal Communications Manager role will play an integral role within the wider marketing and communications team, at a time when internal communication is even more important.
The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for help to shape the internal communications strategy with a key focus on providing clarity and understanding around the company strategy now and over the long term.
Within this role you will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders to understand the internal communications requirements, for all teams located across the UK. You will develop new channels for communication, and advise stakeholders on how these can be utilised to improve the effectiveness of their internal communications.
Previous experience within a similar Internal Communications Manager role within the professional services would be desirable and help to ensure success within this role.
