"Head of Sales/Verkaufsleiter DACH (m/w)"
responsible for the development and implementation of the Commercial, Sales and Marketing plans in the Region for the HoReCa, Food Production and Healthcare market.
- Leading and developing the Sales agenda for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Maximise Sales across all product categories through the key accounts, distributors and new customers
- Develop & implement key strategies, including pricing, promotional activity and NPD
- Devise and execute a region specific marketing plan to maximise awareness of products and deliver the company's growth agenda
- Plan, manage and execute trade shows in the region
- Share best practice with the other National Sales Managers and Sales teams
- Develop and maintain excellence in customer satisfaction by continuously striving to provide excellent service and solution for customers
- Ensure both internal and external customer support is of the highest standard and is demonstrated at all times
- Degree/Diploma in Economics or equivalent
- Commercial experience at Management level
- Experienced sales professional with a proven track record
- Experience in the segment of work safety (equipment) or existing network in HoReCa is a plus
- Excellent management, organisational, communication, teamwork and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confident, creative, enterprising, motivated by targets, well presented, excellent people skills
- Business fluent in German & English
