A fast growing start-up has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Dubai.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various online channels (Facebook, Instagram…).
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the company's products to be able to answer all questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Qualifications, experience, and skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
- General education degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with customer support ideally for an online business.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
