- Think out of the box and develop and executive strategic business plans to facilitate growth of the company
- Spearhead overall business development, expansion, and create strong and lasting partnerships with key stakeholders and business leaders
- Understand the changing needs of customers to create and execute successful marketing and user growth initiatives
- Leverage on strong interpersonal skills to guide and lead the team to grow the business unit
- Be well versed and up to date with market movement, competitor threats, and growth opportunities
- Strong business acumen and proven success working in a marketing/sales/business development role in an eCommerce or Internet company
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills
- Existing direct experience with growing and leading teams
- Direct experience with being accountable for a company's P&L and overall performance
- Direct experience creating and executing successful and impactful integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth in the local Singapore market
