Carter Murray is looking for a Business Development Manager MENA & India to join one of the European leaders in the field of cancer precision medicine.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage all activities related to business development, sales and marketing in the MENA & Indian Regions and deliver the expected growth and profit
  • Ensure a complete understanding and monitoring of the customer needs; guarantee timely replies to customer requirements and implement supportive measures
  • Screen the markets and set-up appropriate distribution channel
  • Identify and evaluate existing distribution network and sales leads
  • Setting-up long-term relations with performing distributors; ensure smooth and transparent communication and information flow with distributors: get appropriate feedback from distributors regarding sales per accounts; competitors' activities, forecasts etc
  • Implement the strategies defined in collaboration with the Distribution Channel Manager and develop tactics in order to improve the sales, the growth and the profitability in the territory
  • Get acquainted with market data account by account
  • As the main contact for distributors, you ensure an up to date product knowledge and define personal training needs
  • You act as representative of the company towards many third parties
  • You assume all other responsibilities and authorities this function may require regarding new opportunities, to create and foster an excellent relationship with the colleagues, peers and managers


  • You hold a Master degree in Business, Medical or Sciences oriented
  • You are an Arabic speaker with a good working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • You have an outstanding experience in international environment, medical, pharma or biotechnology is an asset of relevant working experience with distribution network
  • A Track record in development of distribution network
  • Practical knowledge of Sales & Marketing & negotiation techniques
  • Willingness to travel extensively (± 70 % of working time)
