Area Managers proactively contribute to, and drive achievement of branch targets over a variety of measures including: effective product portfolio management; business development, people leadership and development; providing a superior member experience; and contribution to the Banks strategy. Also be involved with training and developing staff to bring the best of out them.
Well-developed sales management skills including:
Sales, marketing, and distribution of financial services
Managing outcomes to plan (e.g. achievement of portfolio growth and fulfilment of budget/targets)
Knowledge of consumer lending and home loan products, processes, systems, and products
Verbal, numerical, literacy skills
Computer skills (including email, internet, Microsoft applications)
Previous Lending Experience in Consumer and Mortgage products
At least three years' experience in a customer service and sales
At least two years' experience in a sales leadership position
Retail Banking sales experience
